There are several other tavernas within walking distance (some of which are along an unlit road without pavements) while an adjacent 5-star hotel boasts a selection of more classy options.
The nearest towns with facilities (mini-markets, shops, bakeries, cafés, etc) are Dassia and Gouvia, a few minutes' drive away. They both also feature beaches with water sports equipment and, where the latter is concerned, a lively marina. There are also lots of activities for kids nearby.
