Bedroom C
This room caters for those with special accessibility requirements, a double bed system 200 × 200 which can be separated into twins, a small balcony and the largest bathroom of all rooms with a built-in bathtub and separate shower/toilet room.
Bedroom D
Situated on the ground floor, this room has a double bed system 200 × 200, which can be separated into twins, a separate bathroom with a shower and a large outdoor area covered with a canopy.
Bedroom E
Also on the ground floor, this is an executive suite that sleeps four, with a large bedroom area with a double bed 180 × 200 and a lounge area with two 90 × 200 L-shaped sofa-beds, which can be a double one or twins. A separate bathroom with double showers and access to the large outdoor sitting areas of the ground floor.
The villa is spread over 3 floors with a panoramic elevator giving access to each floor, including the parking area. The outdoor space is vast, with several separate areas ensuring privacy for all members of the group. The lower level offers ample parking area, main entrance and elevator access, ensuring those with wheelchairs are unhindered. Large verandas with outdoor BBQ area offer alfresco dining, coupled with the large heated pool with hydro jets, making the outdoors just as prestigious as inside. Only a 50-minute drive from the airport, this exclusive corner of the island has a wealth of attractions. It is incredibly easy to visit the seaside village of Kalami, offering a variety of shops and restaurants. You’ll be able to take a leisurely walk down into the village, hire boats and immerse yourself in the watersports activities at the ski school below the house. There is also the option to visit the famous White House, where Lawrence and Gerald Durrell both lived in the 1930’s and which is now a popular taverna only a few minutes' walk away from the villa. Guests can enjoy the wonderful food at the restaurant, relax over cocktails in the outdoor bar area and make use of the taverna's jetty to keep a boat for the duration of your stay (mooring fees may apply). There are also several lovely beaches within walking distance, the nearest being Yialiskari beach (5-minute walk) and Agni Beach (10-minute walk), which is home to three of the most popular tavernas on the island.
