This stunning estate is located in the northeast of Corfu, overlooking the picturesque bay of Avlaki, just a few minutes’ drive from the village of Kassiopi. It is built right on a small pebbly beach, reaching all the way to the seafront, with the crystalline waters of the Ionian Sea just a few steps away from your doorstep.

As far as proximity to the sea is concerned, it really doesn’t get closer than that! PRG 0269 features three separate holiday homes surrounded by lush gardens, with direct access to the beach. The main villa consists of two double bedrooms, a large kitchen and dining area and a cozy living room. The modern furnishings and appliances as well as the elegant design of this holiday home ensure a comfortable and most pleasant stay, in a stylish yet functional environment.

The open plan kitchen and dining room flow out to a covered terrace with plenty of sitting space and natural shade provided by the plants and trees that thrive in the garden. The second house in the estate comprises one double bedroom as well as a kitchen and living room which opens out to a small terrace with a garden view, furnished with sun loungers and a hammock. The guest house includes one double bedroom. There is more sitting space at the entrance of the estate, right next to the beach where you will also find a small jetty.
