1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy form legal Agreement (“Agreement”) between Houseville (“Houseville”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and you as a user (“you”, “user”). The Agreement applies to Internet web sites located at the URL’s https://houseville.villas/ ("Site") and our Application (“App”).

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Site, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services.

4.4. Hosting and backend infrastructure

This type of service has the purpose of hosting Data and files that enable the Site and/or App to run and be distributed as well as to provide a ready-made infrastructure to run specific features or parts of the Site and/or App. Some of these services work through geographically distributed servers, making it difficult to determine the actual location where the Personal Data are stored.

Amazon Web Services is a hosting and backend service provided by Amazon.com Inc.

4.5. Remarketing and behavioral targeting

This type of service allows this Site and/or App and its partners to inform, optimize and serve advertising based on past use of this Site and/or App by the User.

Houseville recognizes the privacy interests of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities and interests. Neither the Site and/or App are directed to children under the age of 13. Houseville does not target this Site and/or App to children under 13. Houseville does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete that information. If your child has provided personally identifiable information, please contact us so we can delete it. If you are under the age of 13, please do not provide us with any personally identifiable information.
