The delightful swimming pool (13 × 5 m, depth 1.4 m), alfresco lounges and dining areas, and the upper-level terraces all face the magnificent sea view.
The stylish, contemporary interiors are filled with fresh air and light thanks to large windows, which also offer wonderful views. Modernist lines are combined with subtle touches of country chic, creating a stylish, relaxed and contemporary space. Low, voluminous furniture is set against white walls in rooms with wood-beamed high ceilings and stone-paved floors, complemented by contemporary designer and vintage décor. The bedrooms are decorated in a country style and have a very romantic feel, with minimal décor and huge windows offering soothing sea views.
The main level includes two double/twin bedrooms and one fixed double bedroom, each with an en-suite shower room and access to the poolside terrace. There is also an air-conditioned fitness room here (exercise bike, elliptical trainer, rowing machine, bench, free weights, and yoga mats).
The upper level comprises a living room, a guest kitchen and a chef’s kitchen. The comfortable master bedroom features a king-size double bed, an en-suite shower room, a furnished balcony with sea views and a private courtyard with an outdoor shower and a lounge area.
The complex features a communal tennis court and a pontoon. A staircase leads directly down to a small secluded beach. Avlaki Beach is a 5-minute walk from the villa, where you can enjoy water sports, including sailing, as well as horse riding. Agios Stefanos, 4 km from the villa, boasts wonderful beachside tavernas and a cocktail bar. Kassiopi, 2.5 km away, offers a wide selection of bars, nightlife, supermarkets and shopping.
For excursions during your stay at the villa, you can hire a boat or yacht with an experienced skipper, which will be delivered directly to your jetty. The Ionian Sea, with its gentle winds, crystal-clear blue waters and predictable weather conditions, is perfect for sailing. Other water sports are also available: windsurfing, waterskiing, wakeboarding, parasailing, jet skiing, banana boat rides, fishing and snorkelling.
