Amazing estate is located on a private peninsula at the entrance to Puerto de Andratx. Accessible by both land and sea, the property features private mooring for yachts of up to 30 meters. With its panoramic views of the sea, the marina of Puerto de Andratx and the Tramuntana mountains beyond, this is probably one of the most breathtaking villas in Mallorca. From both the pool and the Jacuzzi you can admire a spectacular view of the marina. The villa can sleep up to 12 guests. In the comfortably furnished main house there are 3 bedrooms, in one of which, the Lady Di Suite, the "Princess of Hearts" once spent one of her holidays. All the bedrooms feature king-size beds, TV and en-suite bathrooms, 2 of them with a bath and 1 with a stand-alone shower. The master bedroom has its own balcony with sea-views.
An open kitchen, a spacious living room with a fireplace and a dining room with a long dining table are located on the pool level. There is a small fitness area in the lower level. There are 3 charming suites in the guest house, each with a king-size bed, TV and shower-room. A special feature, a rock cave, is situated at the back of the estate. From here you can admire the most picturesque sunsets, very private and unique.
