The villa houses 6 double/twin bedrooms; all with en-suite and fully air-conditioned, some of them featuring their own lounge space. The living room is placed in a beautifully lit and renovated olive press, with a high ceiling and lots of charm. All rooms offer access to a patio full of lemon trees, providing air, light and unity between the different wings of the house. In the small but functional kitchen (there’s a bigger kitchen outside), you will find a continental breakfast served every morning by the staff. And next to the tennis court you can find a small private gym.
Villa’s outdoors are very diverse - from a the luxury of a private tennis court and a heart-shaped infinity pool with views over Palma Bay, to the quiet of the ponds, flowers, palm trees and many acres of olive grove. Be aware: Curvy, bumpy dirt road last 5 minutes drive to the house, not walking distance to amenities, safety hazards for toddlers (nanny recommended) due to the different levels/terraces, no pets allowed.
