This is a one-of-a-kind villa nestled in the hills between Santa Gertrudis and Santa Eularia. It used to be a Feng Shui yoga center. Today it's a holiday retreat of your dreams. Because the house is located on a hill you can enjoy a 180 degree panoramic view. In the east you can admire Santa Eulalia and in the distance the sea. If you gaze west you'll see the pine-covered hills.

The house was designed by the well-knowm architect Rolf Blakstad, who designed several wonderful houses in Ibiza. The villa features a number of Moorish elements blended with the typical Ibizian style. Over the years, it has been renovated and renewed, so it is equipped with all high-end amenities. Because the whole house is spread over single level, it is very comfy. Only the pool is set half a floor lower. Unique to this house is that you can relax in different places in and around the house. This gives you a sense of privacy, but you keep the feeling of 'togetherness'. The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests.

The villa includes 6 bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. 3 of these rooms also offer an outdoor shower by the pool. The interior of the house looks cozy and atmospheric. 1 bedroom can only be accessed from outside and also offers a private bathroom. The living space with lots of glass and amazing high ceilings adjoins the restored open kitchen with a 6-burner Smeg stove, 2 Smeg ovens, dishwasher and 2 fridges with freezer.

Outside there is a BBQ and kitchen. The garden is amazing! There are many palm trees, pine trees and mimosa plants. In the patio lemon trees are planted. In addition, there are some charming terraces in the garden around the swimming pool (13 x 5). Besides, two colonial galleries with terraces below make a lovely place to enjoy a nice dinner. Thanks to the location ofthe villa and its landscaped garden, you can enjoy the sun all day long. Please note that the road to the house is bumpy.
