This delightful villa is built high on a hill overlooking the scenic rolling landscape of northern Ibiza and boasts a truly unique location. Relax on large comfortable sofas or cosy sun loungers while soaking up the sun. The fantastic 18-metre pool is filled with refreshing, low-chlorine water with salt filtration. Next to the pool is a pool house featuring a well-equipped kitchen and a Boretti gas grill, perfect for al fresco dining. To enjoy the peace and quiet, take a walk through the woods and discover a secluded terrace, ideal for yoga or meditation.
Behind the double wooden door lies the heart of the home: a living area that creates a sense of calm and tranquillity. Daylight streams in through a large skylight, illuminating a natural colour palette — snow-white sofas, soft woven cushions, a rustic wooden coffee table, and a pair of dark wood cabinets. A massive fireplace balances the feeling of grandeur and comfort. From here, the view extends through bi-fold doors to the garden.
The generous kitchen, equipped with cutting-edge appliances, is ideal for families. It has three refrigerators, including a wine fridge, two sinks with Quooker taps and a special tap for clean drinking water with an osmosis filter. In the centre is a large kitchen island and a long table for 12 guests, where you can enjoy breakfast while admiring the garden view. Miele and Liebherr appliances are discreetly integrated into cabinets and wall niches, combining form and function.
The villa offers six air-conditioned bedrooms that can accommodate up to 12 guests. Each beautifully designed bedroom features white walls and natural wood furniture. Neutral hues blend with organic materials, creating a sense of harmony and seclusion. All bedrooms have their own bathroom with organic toiletries from the local brand “Campos de Ibiza”. You can also step out onto a private terrace or enjoy the gardens from your room. The master bedroom boasts a chic soaking bathtub with enchanting views of the surrounding hills and the church of San Miguel.
The pristine countryside of the north of the island is the perfect choice for a secluded getaway. Privacy comes naturally here, although it is easy to explore the surroundings. Head to San Miguel to discover one of Ibiza's oldest fortified churches, then continue the evening with a dinner of fresh catch in Port de San Miguel, followed by sunset viewing in Benirrás. Hop in the car, head south, and in 10 minutes you'll find yourself in bohemian Santa Gertrudis.
