The main part of the house includes master bedroom, spacious living area with 3 sofas, high beamed ceilings, chaise longue facing a patio with fountain, a grand piano, a generous terrace with a table for 12 people and sofas, the country style kitchen opening onto the patio, a toilet, a gym and a laundry room.
The master bedroom (king size bed) consists of 2 rooms facing the garden and pool and offers a fireplace, a ceiling fan, a dressing room and a bathroom with shower and bath, is in the main part of the house.
The guest wing features 4 bedrooms all with en-suite bathroom: one with queen size bed opening onto the private terrace with access to a roof terrace with sea views, 2 further bedrooms with queen sized beds facing the garden and the last one with a double bed in a cosy lower level, also used as media room, with a desk on the ground level. The 6th bedroom overlooks the pool (queen size bed). Each guest has direct access to his/her bedroom and the kitchen, which makes living together easy and simple, everybody enjoying their own privacy.
The large heated (optional at extra cost) salt water infinity pool can be seen from all parts of the house and is surrounded by a generous sun deck, with balinese beds and lounge chairs for all and shade provided by 2 umbrellas. The garden of 3000 sq. m with a large lawn area and typical local vegetation (cacti, yucas, bougainvillea, laurel, vine, fig and lavender) provides plenty of spots to relax in hammocks, beds and sofas, enjoying the shade of the palm and pine trees. In addition there is a lounge/barbecue area and a wide roof top terrace with sea views.
The villa is equipped with a fiber optic internet connection with Wi-Fi throughout the house and the garden, Movistar fusion TV and DVD player, a large collection of DVDs, Bluetooth speakers for outside and a Hi-Fi system inside, all bed and bath linen, bathroom amenities and hair dryers are provided. The property has central heating system, air conditioning in all rooms, 2 fireplaces (in the living room and master bedroom), large ceiling fans in living room, the outside terrace and 2 bedrooms.
The villa is only a 7 minute walk to the beach and beach clubs of Port des Torrent and 5 minutes drive from the fabulous Cala Bassa and Cala Conta. Many other beaches and coves are located within 15-20 minutes drive max. The property is 5 minutes drive from charming Sant Agustin, 10 minutes from the lovely village of Sant Josep, 20 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes from Marina Botafoch and Ibiza Old town and 30 minutes from Ibiza's only golf course.
