Surrounded by the lush countryside of the estate is the lovely villa ECI 0197 with its traditional and charming well. Due to well-designed and organized spaces, this villa provides a warm and private ambience, as well as bright cozy interiors. White-washed walls, shuttered windows and terracotta tiles make for an authentically Tuscan vibe. Inside, artworks and antiques create a homely ambience. The villa is designed in a neutral palette throughout but patterned soft furnishings and rugs bring colour and character and help you feel really at home.
The ground level houses the living area: a spacious living room with TV and a stone fireplace connected to a vast dining room that opens onto a pretty private garden. The kitchen with colorful Mediterranean wall tiles is large and equipped to meet all your needs. The top level features 3 generous bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, each with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and rolling Tuscan hills. There is an additional single sofa bed suitable for a child in the lounge area adjacent to one of the bedrooms.
The villa is surrounded on three sides by green meadows, which guests can enjoy from the conveniently set infinity pool (14 × 3.5 m, depth 1.5 m). Villa of 210 sq. m, which can sleep up to 6 guests, is perfect for a relaxing family holiday.
Guests of the villa will have access to the reception of the estate, open every day from 8.30 am to 7.30 pm. Within this prestigious estate you will find a bistro where you can buy local and organic products, have breakfast, lunch, dinner, or meet for an aperitif (open every day from 8.00 am to 11.00 pm). Two tennis courts are at guests' disposal.
Just 54 km from Florence airport, this Tuscan villa is situated in the scenic Valdarno valley. The nearest center is the lovely medieval village of Reggello, well-known for the hills planted with olive groves and vineyards that surround it. Do not miss a visit to Siena, Arezzo, or to one of the many wineries in the Chianti area, not far from the property.
Renowned for its art and architecture, Florence is a must-see destination for the first visit to Italy. However, while exploring the historical center is something that cannot be missed, the immaculate landscapes and the charming medieval villages set on the famous Tuscan rolling hills surrounding Florence are well worth a visit.
The most popular area to explore is the Chianti, a blessed land that covers a rather vast wine-producing region of Tuscany, spread from Florence to Siena, and all the way out to Pisa. Chianti’s must see sights are the wine villages of Castellina, Radda and Gaiole. Along the road visit the Badia di Coltibuono and/or Castello di Brolio and do not forget to pick up some wine to enjoy at the villa!
