Spread over 700 square meters, this charming country residence can accommodate up to 16 guests in 8 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. Three generations of families have resided in this property, filling it with an stunning sense of history.
On the ground level, there is a spacious living area, with a fireplace lounge space, a dining table and a library. Large windows let the light in and also open up to the outdoor area. Throughout the villa you will find further living spaces, allowing guests to find moments of relaxation both together and alone. Furthermore, this level houses a large kitchen, equipped with anything you might need to cook up a tasty meal.
Moving up to the first level, there are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms which make the main sleeping area. The main suite consists of two sleeping zones, the first with a queen-size bed and the second with a king-size or twin bed. These two rooms share a bathroom to make up the suite. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed with an en-suite, the fourth offers twin beds (or a double bed) with an en-suite and the fifth has a king-size bed and an en-suite.
Finally, the second level includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size bed with an en-suite, while the second offers twin beds (suited to children). The third room with a king-size bed (that can be converted into twin beds) as well as a sofa-bed shares a bathroom with the second bedroom (these two can also be joined to create a suite).

Perks of the exterior space include a 25×6 meter pool, which is complete with an open sun lounge area, as well as the ping-pong table and a spacious alfresco dining area on the terrace. This villa is only a 10 minute drive from the typical Tuscan town of Lucca, and is surrounded by agricultural lands that are protected by the Cultural Landmarks Commission. The lonely church spire and farm structure spot the surrounding landscapes, which otherwise stay untouched. Guests can head to Lucca for a day or two to enjoy the medieval town, its Summer festivals, concerts, boutiques and local wines and cuisine in a selection of lovely and genuinely Tuscan restaurants. Finally, a return to the villa will promise a welcome rest and recharge from tourist activities, all in the middle of the famous Tuscan landscape.
