This spacious villa is set on the most picturesque hill behind the city of Lucca, surrounded by the area’s most famous historical mansions. The careful restoration has transformed the former farmhouse into a chic haven of comfort, with all contemporary amenities. During summer time the infinity pool (8 x 17 m) with sunbathing area is the focal point of the property, along with the possibility to dine alfresco in the charming citrus fruits and olive trees garden, among the box trees and oleander. While during winter months the graceful fireplaces and a good glass of wine will cuddle guests in a timeless dimension.

Wonderfully and comfortably furnished in a classical contemporary style, although each accommodation unit is private, the villa can still be shared with the rest of the group and all the guests can dine together either indoors or outdoors, quietly enjoying these precious moments all together in the generous garden and around the swimming pool. On request it is possible to organize events using the services provided by the proprietor. The villa offers all mod amenities: air conditioning in all the rooms, Wi-Fi internet connection, washing machines and dishwashers.

Villa comprises different communicating accommodation units, each of which features its own kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven and refrigerator and a living room with dining area and sofas. The mansion is spread over two levels. All the day areas are set on the ground level as well as a double bedroom with bathroom and shower and dining area with table seating up to 25 guests. The first level houses 4 twin bedrooms, each of them with a bathroom with shower, 7 double bedrooms with bathroom and shower.

The property boasts a strategic setting in the heart of Tuscany, only 8 km from the city of Lucca. Guests can also reach: Forte dei Marmi in 20 minutes, Pisa in 30 minutes, Florence in 45 minutes and Siena in 1 hour and 20 minutes.
