This wonderful villa (400 sqm) is nestled amongst green hills near the charming town of Capalbio, in one of Italy’s most exclusive regions — the Maremma Toscana, renowned for its unspoilt natural beauty. The sea is just a short drive away. You will fall in love with the simple and elegant style of this villa, covered in climbing vines. It also boasts a private infinity pool (6 × 12 m) with stunning panoramic views of the surrounding Maremma landscape.
The beautiful, fragrant garden with olive trees, lavender bushes, and roses surrounds the property. Several covered patios with elegant furniture offer the chance to enjoy magnificent views of the Tuscan countryside. Guests at the villa are also welcome to pick fresh seasonal produce from the vegetable garden.
The bright living room is spacious and tastefully furnished by the owner, a well-known magazine writer. The corner with a stone fireplace, sofas, armchairs, a coffee table and a library is ideal for settling down with a book and relaxing. Two large French windows open onto a lovely veranda, furnished with refined wrought-iron sofas adorned with white striped cushions. This is where breakfast will be served daily. There is also a barbecue here, which should only be used under the supervision of a cook.
The well-equipped kitchen, adjoining the living room, is fitted with a gas stove, oven, fridge and freezer. An antique wooden table with a marble top and matching chairs complete the space, whilst sofas and armchairs create an inviting ambience. Two large French windows open onto a second patio, offering enchanting views of the countryside.
The main house features three double bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two bedrooms have king-size beds, whilst the third has two single beds. Adjacent to the main house is a guest house comprising two separate guest areas, each featuring a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
