This environmental friendly villa is completely self-sustainable in its water and energy provision. All water heating in the villa is done by solar energy. As a result of this, the water heating system may not provide water heating at the same level of less Eco-friendly properties.
To reach this unique private villa, the last 3 kilometers (a 10 minutes’ drive) let you experience a typical drive through beautiful rice fields. A more adventurous access is also possible by the beach.

Outside there is a private pool measuring 15m x 5m and 1,8m deep, wonderful lawned garden with trees and garden furniture with sunbeds, 3 terraces, of which 2 covered, outside sitting area and outside dining area and 2 private enclosed covered parking spaces.

Moreover, several extra services can be arranged at small surcharges such as; a private car and driver and a chef who daily purchases fresh products in order to prepare delicious homemade meals.
