The villa (655 sqm) consists of 3 interconnected pavilions, featuring four bedrooms spread over two levels. The main pavilion houses a living/dining room, media room and two kitchens. A manicured lawn stretches to a landscaped pool and sunbathing terrace, and a stone-paved path leads to an open-air dining pavilion on the water's edge, a man-made beach with a relaxation pavilion, and a sea-front terrace, from which steps lead down into the water. Two master bedrooms are adjacent to the living room, one on the ground level and one on the upper level, while two further bedrooms are located at the rear of the residence, all with sea views.
The spacious living/dining room featuring high vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening onto the garden and pool offers stunning views and fills the room with a refreshing breeze. It is furnished with comfortable upholstered sofas and a teak dining table for 10 people. Adjacent to the room is a fully equipped Western-style kitchen. The doors can be closed with the air conditioning turned on or fan-cooled comfort. The media room with a comfortable sectional sofa is air-conditioned and equipped with a 55-inch international-channel TV and a Blu-ray DVD player.
The infinity pool (15 × 6 m) is set above a private beach with direct access to the sea and is complemented by a wooden terrace with sun loungers. On both sides of the beach, there is a relaxation pavilion, one of them (with a dining table) above the water, and the other is a daydreaming pavilion next to the volleyball court. A beautiful stone terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas stretches along the sea, overlooking the ocean and the coast. From here, stone steps provide access to the sea. The total plot area is 2,100 sqm.
The master bedroom 1 on the upper level is accessed by a private staircase directly from the living/dining area and features a king-size bed, a wraparound balcony, a walk-in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a designer bathtub.
Master bedroom 2 is located directly below and offers direct access to the garden and swimming pool from a large wraparound terrace. The bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with access to a private courtyard with an outdoor rain shower.
The two guest bedrooms are located in a private section of the villa, each with separate access from the hallway or via a staircase. Both have king-size beds (one of which can be split into twins), en-suite bathrooms, and sea views from their own balcony or terrace. Bedroom 3 upstairs borders a bamboo hedge on one side, creating a jungle feel. The bathroom of bedroom 4 downstairs opens onto a private garden courtyard with an open rain shower.
The villa is located in a tranquil area near Mendira Beach, in the small fishing town of Sengkidu. There are no particular attractions in the immediate vicinity, except for a few small beaches, coconut groves, and banana plantations, a traditional village and a temple. It is safe to swim here, and the reef in front of the villa offers good snorkelling conditions. A kilometre up the road, there are several hotels with restaurants and bars and a small sandy beach safe for swimming. Candidasa offers charming restaurants and souvenir shops.
