The villa is spread over two levels (total living area 1,200 sqm, land 1,500 square meters) and can accommodate 10 guests. The ground level features the main entrance, air-conditioned living room, indoor dining area, outdoor dining and living areas, kitchen, gym (Reebok treadmills, exercise bikesб and other handy equipment), and swimming pool (26 × 2,5 m, depth 1,4 m) with a shallow end for kids. The second level houses five bedrooms, including the master suite.
Each air-conditioned bedroom features its own lounge area, pool/garden views, a king-size bed with premium linens, and an ensuite bathroom; every bathroom is unique due to its own tile design. The wonderful master bedroom boasts a chic bathtub, double shower, wardrobe, projector and screen, and a balcony. Two bedrooms also have private balconies — ideal spots for morning coffees.
The main shared space is an air-conditioned living room conveniently situated next to the dining area with an open kitchen. There is also an open lounge area on the second level, as well as BBQ facilities. Both indoor and outdoor dining areas offer seating for 10 guests, plus 3 additional seats at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerators, a Nespresso coffee machine, a juicer, a blender, a toaster, a rice cooker, a microwave oven, a freezer, a stove, a wine fridge, a water dispenser, and essential cooking tools, cutlery, and glasses.
