Accommodation is spread over one step-free level. The main entrance leads into a cozy hallway followed by a spacious and bright open-plan communal space. The most stunning feature of this area is the expanse of floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors opening the breathtaking sea views and seamlessly uniting the interiors and terraces. In terms of design, clean modern lines, calming colors, and a minimalist aesthetic combine to create a sense of elegance and coziness enhanced by the Greek sun, the soothing sea breezes, and the exclusive cliff-top setting.
The center stage of the open-plan communal area has a well-equipped modern kitchen with a large central island/bar. Beyond this is the dining area, with its beautiful marble table and access to the guest WC. Nearest to the main entrance is the lounge area furnished with a large sink-in L-shaped sofa and several chairs. You can enjoy the hypnotizing views of the sea and across the neighboring islands from every corner here.
To one side of the living area, a corridor leads to the sleeping wing with 3 bedrooms, each featuring walls of sliding glass doors, terrace access, a serene ambiance, and fabulous sea views. Double/twin bedroom 1 (90/180 × 200) comes with an in-room sink and an en-suite shower room with a skylight above the shower. Double bedroom 2 (180 × 200) has a walk-through wardrobe and en-suite shower room with a skylight above the shower. The large master bedroom offers a double bed (180 × 200), a standalone in-room bathtub, and an en-suite shower room with double sinks.
Amenities at the villa are completed by a gym on a lower level, accessed via an external flight of steps.
All of the rooms open out via walls of sliding glass doors onto a terrace that runs around the house on all sides and boasts infinite panoramas across the shining blue Ionian Sea to Meganissi, the islets of Arkoudi and Atakos, and, in the distance, Kefalonia and Ithaca. Equipped with lounge areas (offering every guest to find their own favorite spot), the terrace is especially attractive outside the open-plan living area. Here is the amazing 20m-long angular infinity pool with an adjoining hydromassage pool (2,5 × 4). At one end of the pool, a sunny stretch of decking gives way to a generous shaded area furnished with a large sofa, easy chairs, and a dining table.
The villa is located in the southeast of Lefkada, just over the water from the neighboring island of Meganissi, a few minutes drive from the village of Poros, and a 15-minute drive from the beach, harbor, and seafront tavernas of Mikros Gialos, where you can rent boats.
Exploring the island of Lefkada, which is 35km long and 15km wide, is comparatively easy in a week (if you can pull yourselves away from the views and pool of the villa!) and has a lot to see and do. The azure, clear waters of the Ionian Sea are a true attraction and the varied coastline offers plenty of golden sandy beaches and the dramatic white cliffs of Cape Lefkatas on the southern tip. The wooded mountains of the island interior, some of which rise to over 1100m, provide charming walking, picturesque scenery, and a scattering of serene villages where the way of life stays deeply connected to the island's ancient traditions and customs.
At its northern point, Lefkada is connected to mainland Greece by a causeway and, via frequent ferry services from the ports of Nidri and Vasiliki, to several of the other islands of the Ionian archipelago (including nearby Meganissi), making it eminently possible to explore further afield.
