The interior has been completely redecorated for the summer season of 2025. The living and dining rooms, kitchen, and master bedroom have access to a generous terrace with lovely sea views. The main house includes four bedrooms, and the fifth bedroom is in the guest house. Double/twin bedroom 1 has a bathroom with a bath and a shower, while a further double and two twin bedrooms offer en-suite shower rooms. Bedroom 5 (in the guest house) features twin beds and a bathroom with a bath and a shower. The guest house is included in the price from 28th June to 23rd August and available at an extra charge during the other periods.
The terrace features a dining table for 10 under a wooden veranda. You will also find plenty of cozy garden furniture for lounging alfresco. The large terracotta pots with Mediterranean shrubs and plants decorate the outdoor space. Gated steps lead down to the lower terrace where a curved infinity swimming pool (9 × 5,5 m, depth 0,7-1,5 m) faces the sea, complemented with comfy sun loungers and a pool house.
You can walk or drive to nearby Kassiopi with its shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, boat hire, and nightlife. A short drive away is Avlaki beach with two tavernas. The beach is perfect for paddle boarding and windsurfing. The traditional harbour village of St Stephano offers bars, waterfront tavernas and a few local shops. Agni and Kalamaki beaches are both within an easy drive.
