This elegant and much-loved three bedroom house sleeps up to 6 adults and is one of the handful of beautifully designed villas on the Estate, a forty- acre sea of olive trees in North-East Corfu. The house has an en suite king size bedroom and a twin bedroom either side of the light, airy living space with a self-contained suite adjacent to the pool with king-size bed plus a further day-bed suitable for a child (note: external access only). The house is designed to merge inside and out with delicate cool pink fabrics and contemporary finishes creating beautiful contrasts with the solid age old rocks that make-up parts of the landscaped gardens. Wide terraces designed for maximum outside living encircle the house and the infinity pool creates a glorious focal point for the view beyond. For larger groups, it is possible to rent PRG 0242’s sister property, which sleeps up to 10 guests and is linked to PRG 0242 through the garden via a path and gate.

Often attracting the A list, this divine island offers stunning beaches, great night life, delectable restaurants and boat hopping between small and quaint tavernas meaning that even the most restless of pleasure seeker will be happy!
The north east coast is full of outstanding bays and white pebbled coves, higher up, away from the coast the interior is home to birds of prey, rare flora and rural simplicity. Water sports a-plenty can be found on many of the local beaches.
Nearby St Stephano is a simple and pretty harbour with seafront tavernas and a delightful beach. The tavernas are lively, day and night and there is also a cocktail bar if the mood takes you.
This is a fine place to spend a family holiday, potter into Kassiopi for delicious local delicacies, take a small boat from to a tiny taverna for a long, lazy lunch of fresh fish and come home to a delicious dinner under the stars.
One of the greatest pleasures of this gorgeous, wooded stretch of coast is that the sea-fronted properties are so accessible by boat. You can spend your mornings stopping off to swim at one or other pebbly cove, admiring the views of mainland Albania before seeking out a new taverna for lunch. All the tavernas have their own wooden jetties and their owners will wave you in, catch your rope and tie up your boat before handing you their menu.
