Visit St-Paul-de-Mausole, which became famous thanks to Vincent Van Gogh, who painted so many masterpieces during his time here. Don't miss the lively market on Wednesdays, where you can buy some local delicacies.
Les Alpilles Natural Regional Park is a picturesque area boasting enchanting landscapes of olive groves, vineyards, mountains, and green valleys. Explore the region by following scenic walking trails or hiring bikes, whether mountain bikes or electric. Horse-riding is also popular here, as is rock climbing for more adventurous guests.
Other charming villages across Les Alpilles include Eygalières (10km) with its genuineness and unique flair, Maussane (12km) producing arguably the best olive oil in France, and the exciting Les Baux-de-Provence (12km), referred to as one of France’s ‘Most Beautiful Villages’.
