This cosy villa, newly built with authentic materials, is designed with great comfort and care of design in mind. The property is within a short walking distance of the village of Paradou and is set on private grounds to provide the most tranquil setting.
The facilities here are perfect for a holiday home - air conditioning, charming outdoor spaces, manicured gardens, and a large pool (14 × 6 m). The decoration is absolutely elegant, mixing traditional and modern elements to create one of the most striking properties within the Alpilles region.
With a high-end kitchen, guests and private chefs alike have all the modern facilities and much more. It is a real pleasure to prepare meals here, with family or friends surrounding the grand cooking island. The living areas are stylish and cosy, inviting guests to unwind, read or enjoy favourite movies. The ground-level space is bright and opens fully onto the magical gardens.
The ground level includes bedroom 1 (king-size bed, A/C, and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, shower, sink, and WC) and master bedroom 2 (king-size bed, A/C, a terrace, a dressing area, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and WC).
The first level offers bedroom 3 (king-size bed, A/C, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and WC) and bedroom 4 (twin beds or king-size bed, A/C, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and WC).
The separate annex by the pool features bedroom 5 (king-size bed, A/C, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and WC). The massage room in the separate building can be converted into an extra bedroom with an en-suite shower room.
The large swimming pool is amazing, as is the covered pool area, offering the most comfortable post-swim relaxation. And with an incredible sound system inside and outside, guests are sure to be entertained.
The road into the village of Paradou is flat and takes only about 10 minutes to reach the centre, where guests will find a baker, butcher, grocer and popular restaurants like Bistrot du Paradou. This location is also absolutely perfect for exploring the region as a whole by car.
Paradou is a tiny, lovely village located between Les Baux-de-Provence and Maussane-les-Alpilles at the foot of the Alpilles mountain range. Its name comes from the ancient windmills used by the weavers who lived on the banks of the Arcoule River. In the Middle Ages, the village was called St Martin de Castillon (not to be confused with the village in the Vaucluse).
