The owners have decorated the villa with a great sense of taste. An imposing staircase at the entrance connects all the parts of the house. On the same level as the living room, there is a large kitchen. A couple of stairs up, you will find the master bedroom and two more bedrooms. The staircase leads to the tower room with a private terrace. The lower level houses the remaining 3 bedrooms.
The air-conditioned living room features two lounge areas, one with a fireplace and the other with a TV. A large sliding door opens onto the vast sea-view dining terrace with a large table seating 12. The living room also includes a dining table with 12 seats near the kitchen.
The large kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, professional oven, dishwasher, microwave, American fridge, toaster, etc.) Being the extension of the living room, it is also accessible from the central staircase and has doors that lead to the terrace. A washer and dryer are available in a separate room on the same level.
There are 6 generous bedrooms in total, all with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a bathroom with a shower, bath, and toilet, a double bed (180×200), a big closet, and access to the terrace and garden. Both bedrooms 2 and 3 on the same level offer a double bed (180×200) and a private en-suite bathroom (toilet and shower).
The further three bedrooms are situated on the lower level. Concerning the layout of the bedrooms on both levels, they are very similar, which makes this villa perfect for two families. Bedroom 4 is actually a second master, with a double bed (180×200) and an open bathroom (shower and toilet). The 5th bedroom also has a double bed (160×200) and an en-suite bathroom (shower). The 6th bedroom has twin beds (2×90×200) and an en-suite bathroom (shower).
The villa's location is very convenient. On the one hand, it ensures lots of peace and privacy, and on the other hand, the villa is only a short drive from lively Sainte Maxime, with its restaurants and beaches. The villa, nestled on a higher point, enjoys a lovely view towards the Gulf of Saint Tropez (small sea view), the valley, and the green hills. Thanks to the generous plot (2.5 hectares), the villa provides a beach and nature holiday in one. There are several terraces with sun or shade. On the terrace at the front of the house, there is a pretty lounge and a long dining table with 12 seats. BBQ is also available.
The irregular-shaped swimming pool (20 meters long and 3 meters deep at its deepest point) is located 30 meters from the villa. There is also a springboard and an outside shower! The pool area is complete with sun loungers and umbrellas. One more perk of the property is a private tennis court.
From Sainte Maxime, several boats go to Saint Tropez or other places on the coast. In Sainte Maxime, every Wednesday, you can visit a flea market on the promenade Simon Lorière. There is also a flea market in Grimaud, held every Sunday morning at Jas des Roberts.
