The villa is situated in a prestigious residential area, still offering a good level of privacy. The garden is extensive and lovely landscaped. Sliding doors from the sitting room and the kitchen open onto the large terrace over the entire side of this level. The terrace is complete with high-end garden furniture, including a breakfast table in the kitchen and a long dining table at the poolside. A gas BBQ is available. All lounge furniture is modern and comfortable. There is wide protection from the sun on the terrace.
From the terrace, you can reach the private pool. The pool is big (10 × 6 m) and the pool water is kept clear and clean via a so-called electrolysis pump. This means that the water feels a bit salty, but compared to a chlorine pool, it is softer and brighter in color. 100% safe for your skin and your swimwear. There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available. There is also a small grass lawn by the pool. 2 or 3 cars can be parked on site.

The airport and the city of Nice can be easily reached in about 45 minutes.
