On the ground level, there is a large master bedroom (180 × 200) with an ensuite bathroom (bath, shower, and toilet). The garden level houses the remaining 3 double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom (two with a bath and one with a shower) and direct access to the garden. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The carefully manicured garden offers a saline swimming pool (11 × 4m, can be heated) with sun loungers and a good-sized dining area seating 10 guests and equipped with a Green Egg BBQ.
