This ultra luxury villa is located directly on the sea front in the village of Lozica just ten minutes drive from Dubrovnik Old Town. Away from the heat and bustle of Dubrovnik city centre this is a villa where you can totally relax enjoying the spacious interiors, cooling off in the infinity pool or swimming in the delicious Adriatic sea directly from your own private beachfront sunbathing terrace. The villa has a private mooring for a boat of up to 15 metres. With five double bedrooms and potential for two to sleep on a sofa bed the villa can accommodate up to 12 persons. The interior is modern and stylish; it has the highest quality finishes and furnishing and is decorated with many unusual items of art. There is parking for up to three cars.
You enter the villa through a modern stone portico and stone staircase that leads down to the main entrance. Entering the foyer and the spacious main living area which is on two levels joined by a sweeping curved staircase you will be stunned by the view. All the rooms look out through large glass patios doors and wide windows over the uninterrupted panoramic view of the islands that lie offshore from Dubrovnik. On the upper level is an elegant office space and a telescope for a closer look at the yachts and ships passing between the islands. The lower level has the main lounge area with comfortable sofas and a 60" TV. This area flows into the huge kitchen and a custom made dining table for 12. The rooms are decorated with unusual items or artwork and artefacts from around the world as well as the highest quality furnishing with Swarovski chandeliers, Persian rugs and Travertino marble flooring.
Three of the bedrooms are in the main villa each with ensuite bathrooms and sea views. There are two further bedrooms in the guest suite. These rooms would be suitable for older children or staff.
The master bedroom of Villa stuns! You will be sleeping underneath a series of works of art from one of the greatest European artists, but despite the sleek décor of the sleeping area, the true highlight here is the bathroom. Its floors are lined with Pakistan Verde Onyx, and walls with Jade Onyx, and the roomy massage bathtub by the front window truly adds to the impression.
The bedrooms have oak floors and marble bathrooms. The master bedroom has a jacuzzi bathtub by a window so that you can laze in the bath and enjoy the stunning sea view.
The second double bedroom has two terraces, one with a direct sea view and the other to the side of the house in the shade.
The bedrooms in the guest suite are decorated in neutral colours, and like the rest of the property have artwork on display. Each bedroom has its own shower room. One of the rooms is a mini suite with a living room and kitchen. The villa is suitable for year round use with underfloor heating and an open fireplace. It has WiFi and a full CCTV security system.
The villa has a well equipped fitness room so you can keep up your exercise routine while on holiday.
Outside there is a dining table for 12 people and an infinity pool with sun loungers, sun umbrellas and plenty of space for sunbathing. Steps lead down to a stone sunbathing platform and from here you can swim in the sea. There is also mooring which can accommodate a boat of up to 15 metres. The villa has private off-street parking for three cars which is a real bonus with parking spaces at a premium in Dubrovnik.
