The entire Dubrovnik area is known for its picturesque landscapes, rich Mediterranean vegetation, mild climate, and charming settlements. Dubrovnik is an unavoidable destination of the Adriatic in which the sea-bathing season begins in April and lasts until October thanks to the favorable climate and more than 250 sunny days a year. The town lies at the foot of the hill Srdj and was named after the oak forest, dubrava. In the past, this area was part of the territory of the Republic of Dubrovnik. With its wealth and diplomacy, the city has achieved an extraordinary degree of development. Getting to know Dubrovnik is not complete without getting to know at least a part of its surroundings. Good land and sea transport connections allow the organization of great excursions.
Villa spreads over 500 m2 of living space on a property of 350 m2. The Villa consists of 4 floors: basement, ground floor, first and second floor, and loft, connected by internal stairs and elevator. Villa features a terrace (44 m2) and a garden with tropical plants in its courtyard. On the terrace, there is a private infinity pool of 14 m2, dining table, summer kitchen with barbecue, deck chair with a baldachin, and outdoor furniture. Villa has a total of 6 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. 5 bathrooms are equipped with a shower, and one has a shower and a hydromassage bath. Villa is ideal for luxury accommodation for up to 12 people.
In the basement of the spacious courtyard, there is a decking area of 44 m2 and a tropical garden below the terrace. On the terrace, there is a private infinity pool of 14 m2 with an outdoor shower, sun loungers, a lounge sofa, and a canopy. Special attention was paid to the beautiful garden below the terrace where we come across tropical plants such as arrowroot and bananas with large fleshy leaves. In the inner part of the basement, there is an indoor heated pool of 19 m2, spa, jacuzzi, infrared sauna, satellite TV, bathroom with a toilet, which has two sinks, a walk-in shower, and green walls with real plants, which create a beautiful tropical atmosphere. The basement Villa also has underfloor heating and anti-slip ceramics.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with sofas, fireplace, and satellite TV, as well as a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Oak floors, which extend through the rest of the Villa, together with the earthy tones of the furniture create a comfortable atmosphere. The terrace and living room are connected by a glass wall. On the east side of the terrace is the outdoor dining area which is covered by a pergola that can be completely closed in case of rain. On the east side, there is also a summer kitchen, which has a sink and a grill with a gas stove. The south side of the terrace is covered with a waterproof automatic awning. There is a also toilet and a winery with authentic Croatian wines, which you can taste for an additional fee, on this floor.
On the first floor we find three bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom. The master bedroom is equipped with a satellite TV, a king-size bed, a large wall closet, French windows, and a small loggia. The en suite bathroom of the master bedroom has a walk-in shower, a hot tub, and 2 sinks. The other two rooms on this floor have access to a shared balcony/terrace overlooking the sea and are equipped with satellite TV, queen-size beds, and en suite bathrooms with showers. There is also a laundry room on this floor.
On the second floor there are also three bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom. All rooms have en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a large wall closet, and a satellite TV. Also, this bedroom has a balcony with a seating area, as well as an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and two sinks. Other rooms, one with sea views and the other with an atrium, have satellite TVs, queen-size beds, and en suite bathrooms equipped with showers. On this floor, there is a leisure room with billiards, a bar, satellite TV, a view of the atrium, and a toilet.
All floors are connected by an internal elevator and an internal staircase from top to bottom.
