The house covers 400 sqm plus 200 sqm of the outside terrace designed as a sidewalk surrounding the house. The ground level layout is easily accessible for all guests, allowing everyone to enjoy the space, with enough privacy if wanted and needed.
The villa's fully equipped kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's pleasure. Complete with high-end appliances and all the essentials needed, it makes the ideal setting for creating mouthwatering meals. The elegant and cozy living room invites you to unwind and relax. A large dining table seats 14 guests, creating the perfect space for shared meals and conviviality while admiring the view of various Mediterranean plants and pine trees around the house.
The rooms' layout is absolutely amazing. On the front side, closer to the sea, you’ll discover a large living room with an open plan kitchen and dining room, while in the back, the entrance hall leads to 2 double en-suite bedrooms, both with showers. The other 2 bedrooms make a separate accommodation unit accessed from the open corridor, both connecting and separating them from the first part of the house. Those two bedrooms also have double beds and en-suite bathrooms. All rooms boast large windows, but thick curtains ensure privacy when needed. All the bedrooms offer access to the terrace or the aforementioned sidewalk around the villa. The size of double beds in all the rooms is 200×200. The villa accommodates 8 adults, but additional kids are welcome.

Despite being set in the middle of pristine nature, the property is only a 10-minute drive from the nearest town, Vrboska, and half an hour's drive from the town of Hvar. You can also reach Vrboska via a narrow gravel road through the forest, to the left of the property, and it will you only a 2-minute drive, or you can also walk 1.5 km if you prefer. In any case, regardless of the direction you come from, you'll have to take a 1.3 km gravel road drive to access the villa.
