The Villa is an exceptionally attractive, newly built Mediterranean villa with luxurious Italian interior design. The villa itself has an area of 300 m2 of living space, while the entire property is 1200 m2. The villa represents a real summer oasis that provides a unique experience of staying in a Mediterranean paradise. The Villa consists of 3 floors: ground floor, first floor and second floor. The villa has: a large heated pool, a shallow children's pool, a hydro massage jacuzzi, a sauna, a gym and a summer terrace with an outdoor kitchen with a stone grill. The villa has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 toilet and is suitable accommodation for 10 people.
On the ground floor of the Villa, there is a double bedroom with a set of twin beds (90 cm * 200 cm * 2 beds) and a private bathroom with a shower. In this part, there is a sauna and a small gym.
On the first floor of the Villa, there are 4 bedrooms; among them a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed (180 cm * 200 cm) and en suite bathroom with bath and shower. The master bedroom is connected to a children's room with 2 bunk beds (80 cm * 190 cm * 2 beds). The remaining two bedrooms on this floor each have a king size bed (180 cm * 200 cm) and an en suite bathroom with a shower.
On the second floor of the Villa, you will find a spacious, open concept living area, which is decorated with high quality furniture and materials, exuding luxury and elegance. This area consists of a fully equipped kitchen with an island, a large dining table with chairs, as well as a sofa and armchairs in the living area. Here, you will also find a guest toilet. From the living area, you will step out to a summer terrace with a large heated swimming pool with a shallow part for children and a jacuzzi with hydro massage. A special part of this summer terrace is the summer kitchen with a stone grill.
