The generous master bedroom suite is another half-level up and benefits from a French balcony with great views, a double bed and a fireplace. The en-suite bathroom is accessed by a small staircase and features a freestanding bathtub and a shower. The top level houses 2 more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom offers a double bed and the other one has a double bed and a sofa that sleeps two more persons.
Finally, on the very top of the house is the studio with beautiful views over the rooftops of Fornalutx, the mountains and the valley. It’s a large space, perfect for activities like yoga, reading or entertaining with friends. The studio is also equipped with a Chromecast-enabled projector and is often used as a home cinema at the night. Just outside the studio you will find a roof terrace of approx. 25 sq. m equipped with a garden table, sun loungers and an outdoor shower for refreshing on hot days. The terrace is ideal for pre-dinner drinks and snacks.
From its medieval origins, the property was used as a summer house for a notable family of Mallorca. Today it's a lovely accommodation situated in the heart of one of the most picturesque villages in Spain.
