Two bathrooms include both a shower and a bathtub, the third has a shower, and an additional guest bathroom is conveniently located on the ground level.
The main level features a large dining room and a fully equipped kitchen fitted with cutting-edge Neff appliances, including an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer.
The first level houses a lovely library with a large table and a generous living room with a fireplace and wonderful sea views. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and the terraces closer to the building provide extra spaces for lounging.

This property is one of the most scenic and genuine examples of rural architecture in Mallorca. It is a stunning masterpiece designed in the purely Mallorcan architectural traditions, complemented with Italian Mannerist aesthetics, which appeared on the island at the end of the 16th century. This exceptional combination, along with the few further additions, and due to the conservation and restoration works carried out by the famous Mallorcan painter Juan Miralles, who inhabited the house until 2003 and created a large part of his paintings in it, has contributed in the house preserving to this day as one of the most remarkable pieces of Mallorcan architecture from the 17th century.

Deià is a municipality in the Serra de Tramuntana, bordering the municipalities of Valldemossa and Sóller. The highest point is the "Puig del Teix" at 1,064 meters high. The Ma-10 road from Palma leads to this charming village. A scenic walk along the “Ruta de pedra en sec” (cobblestone road) will bring you to Sóller. Cala Deià is a lovely pebble cove popular with local artists and writers. Or you can drive 20 minutes to Puerto de Sóller, featuring a sandy beach and a boat club offering motorboat rentals for tours along the coast. Puerto de Valldemossa, with its small pebble beach, perfect for sunbathing or swimming, is just a 15-minute drive away.
Don't miss the opportunity to explore the art galleries and small boutiques of Deià. On Wednesdays, visit the local market where you can also enjoy freshly made coffee in Café Social. Discover the 13th-century church of San Juan Bautista. Deià celebrates its Patron Saint annual festival on June 24.
