Fully renovated 110-year old farmhouse is surrounded by nature, yet situated only 25 minutes away from Palma and 30 minutes away from Pollença beach and port. The generous organic farm and garden faces the Tramuntana mountain range which has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Soller is also only 30 minutes away.
The closest town, Binissalem (only 3km away from the property), is a little lovely municipality and the centre of the island’s wine region. It boasts some charming restaurants and of course great terraces for a coffee or glass of wine.
The villa was restored by Mallorca creatives Ana Lui and Matias Alexandro in 2020. They decided to refurbish the 110 year old farm using breathable materials, local stone as well as reusing everything they could to make the house more ecological. Their aim was to create a place where everyone would feel at home and close to nature. The result is absolutely fantastic and the villa has been featured in many international magazines.
Being part of the picturesque Mallorquan nature is an essential part of the vision behind ECSP 0457. The 40.000 sq. m garden not only offers wonderful setting, you can also pick your own oranges, lemons, avocado’s or other fruit every morning. The house is equipped with its own solar panels and batteries that provide all its energy. There even is a solar powered car charger.
The villa is approximately 300 sq. m spread over 2 levels. The ground level includes a wide entrance hall, fabulous former horse stable room with authentic 110 years old stone floors and walls, fully equipped contemporary kitchen and the access to the outdoor terrace offering view over the mountains and the salt water pool. On the first level 3-bedrooms are located, one of them is a master en-suite bedroom and 2 bedrooms with double beds sharing a bathroom. Ground level features another double en-suite bedroom facing the garden.
The house is fully air-conditioned and boasts all the modern facilities to make your stay a pleasant one. The kitchen tap provides filtered drinking water from property's own well. And don't forget the 12-meter swimming pool with BBQ-area overlooking the mountains.
