The villa is only 600 meters from the charming beach of Cala Vadella which is famous for its little restaurants and bars. Cala Vadella is perfect for relaxing, swimming and snorkeling. This beach is especially popular among families with little kids. Other fine beaches are nearby and Ibiza town is a 25 minute drive away.

The villa offers an ample covered parking area, and lovely entrance that leads into the generous living room with a fireplace, dining area and a spacious fully fitted kitchen with a patio. You will find 3 bedrooms in the main house, each decorated individually. There is also a guesthouse (next to the main house) with a private bathroom, separate entrance and its own terrace with lonely sea views.

The wide terraces set across different levels provide several lounge areas overlooking the big 4x12 meter swimming pool with 6 sun loungers and amazing sea view. The summer kitchen features a BBQ and a build-in table that comfortably seats 8 guests. The house is equipped with an alarm system and Wi-Fi, all bedrooms offer air-conditioning. There is an additional charge for opening the guesthouse (bedroom 4) outside the high season (July and August).
