It is a single-level house, surrounded with covered terraces from all sides. The terraces offer two dining areas and a lounge with easy chairs and a sofa. In front of the house, there is a small lawn and garden, which leads down to the pool terrace. The pool is 8.5 x 4 m and is completed with a further dining area. The pool terrace is equipped with umbrella and six sun beds. For families with small children, there is a security fence, which can be set up around the pool. Beyond the pool terrace, there is a natural garden (pine trees, juniper, rosemary).

The villa can sleep up to 8 guests. The bedrooms are air-conditioned. The master bedroom is placed to the left of the lounge, and offers a double bed (180 × 200cm) and an en-suite bathroom with large sink, shower and toilet. The other two bedrooms are in the right wing of the main house. The bedroom 2 features twin beds (90 × 200cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and sink. The bedroom 3 offers a double bed (160 × 200cm) and a separate bathroom with shower and sink.

The bedroom 4 is set in the guesthouse, on the other side of the pool, with a private terrace. It also includes a lounge and a kitchenette with a fridge, a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle. The bedroom has a double bed (180 × 200cm) and en-suite bathroom with double sink, a shower and a toilet.
