Located in the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by its own vineyards and orchards, the villa invites you to enjoy an elegant holiday with its own spa area, panoramic heated swimming pool, a jacuzzi in the olive grove, as well as daily cleaning service and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the estate.
The stone villa is spread over two levels and has four bedrooms, each tastefully furnished and equipped with comfortable double beds (180 × 200 cm) for maximum comfort. Two bedrooms, including the master suite, have en-suite bathrooms (bathtub and rain shower), while the other two have shower rooms. Each bedroom offers panoramic views of the picturesque countryside. One of the bedrooms is on the ground level and three further are on the first level. To ensure a comfortable temperature, all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, and underfloor heating and fireplaces (1 wood-burning, 3 gas with remote control) make the villa an excellent choice for holidaying in early spring or autumn. Two single beds (80 × 200 cm) can be added in bedrooms 2 and 4 (additional charge).
The country-style kitchen with a large kitchen island invites you to cook delicious Italian dishes together, indoors and al fresco. The living room is arranged around a wood-burning fireplace, and French windows open onto a terrace overlooking the pool and garden. Air conditioning is installed in each bedroom, kitchen, and living room, ensuring a comfortable temperature during your stay.
The fully fenced 8,000 sqm rural estate has two automated gates, ensuring complete privacy and security. The main gate leads to the house, while the second gate provides access to the garage. CCTV cameras monitor the perimeter. The villa offers a wide range of exclusive leisure facilities. The fenced panoramic swimming pool (12 × 5 × 1.25 m) includes a jacuzzi area and is equipped with hydromassage and jet stream. On request, it can be heated and covered at night to keep warm and ensure safety. Comfortable sun loungers for 10–12 guests are set around the pool on the terrace.
The private spa area in the annex directly opposite the main house is equipped with a sauna and hammam with chromotherapy. A comfortable jacuzzi for 6–8 people is cosily set among olive trees and cypresses. In the olive grove, you will find a romantic wood-fired hot tub where you can admire the stars or enjoy the moonlight in cool weather.
Throughout the estate, there are areas for alfresco dining and lounging, including two long dining tables, each of which can comfortably seat 12–15 guests. An antique 300-year-old wood-fired oven is available for baking pizza, bread, or preparing traditional dishes. A barbecue area is also available.
There is also plenty of entertainment for younger guests: a playhouse on wheels, a convertible playroom on the front terrace, and creative stations for painting or role-playing. In the kitchen, children can take part in baking or cooking activities after picking fresh fruit or vegetables in the orchard and vegetable garden. Table and outdoor games are available on request, including volleyball, croquet, and much more. The illuminated bocce court is perfect for evening entertainment. Families with babies are provided with all the necessary amenities such as a cot, baby bath, baby monitor, stair gate, changing mat, and baby stroller.
Cars can be parked either on the main driveway or in the garage. There is a charging station for electric cars (payable per use).
