Just a few steps away from the estate tennis courts sits this beautiful Tuscan style villa with 4+2 bedrooms. This finely-renovated property boasts all the charm of the classic country houses once belonging to aristocratic Florentine families. The interior spaces are very light and airy, with scenic views of the gentle Tuscan hills.
The living area on the ground level houses a spacious living room with a stone fireplace, a dining room, a vast well-equipped kitchen, 1 en-suite bedroom and a service bathroom. On the first level, you will find 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. Villa (268 + 165 sq. m) benefits from a private car park and is surrounded by a generous garden with swimming pool, making it a perfect place for relaxing and private stays. Larger groups may also use the adjacent cottage with 2 en-suite bedrooms as well as its own living room/dining room/kitchen, which can accommodate additional 5 guests.
Villa offers nice outdoor spaces, too. Well-kept lawns surround the private swimming pool (12 × 6 m, depth 1,4 m) and comfy sun loungers give you the ideal spot to soak up the sun or relax in the shade with a good book.
Guests of the villa will have access to the reception of the estate, open every day from 8.30 am to 7.30 pm. Within this prestigious estate you will find a bistro where you can buy local and organic products, have breakfast, lunch, dinner, or meet for an aperitif (open every day from 8.00 am to 11.00 pm). Two tennis courts are at guests' disposal.
Just 54 km from Florence airport, this Tuscan villa is situated in the scenic Valdarno valley. The nearest center is the lovely medieval village of Reggello, well-known for the hills planted with olive groves and vineyards that surround it. Do not miss a visit to Siena, Arezzo, or to one of the many wineries in the Chianti area, not far from the property.
Renowned for its art and architecture, Florence is a must-see destination for the first visit to Italy. However, while exploring the historical center is something that cannot be missed, the immaculate landscapes and the charming medieval villages set on the famous Tuscan rolling hills surrounding Florence are well worth a visit.
The most popular area to explore is the Chianti, a blessed land that covers a rather vast wine-producing region of Tuscany, spread from Florence to Siena, and all the way out to Pisa. Chianti’s must see sights are the wine villages of Castellina, Radda and Gaiole. Along the road visit the Badia di Coltibuono and/or Castello di Brolio and do not forget to pick up some wine to enjoy at the villa!
