The living room can comfortably host up to 10 guests, for lunchtime or dinner, to watch a film on the 50-inch satellite TV or to listen to your favorite music through the sound system, relishing the fresh air conditioning during the summer time or the romantic ambience of the fireplace during the winter months.
For your improvised fast meal after a day at the seaside or making more refined dishes, perhaps through the collaboration of a home cook, in the kitchen you will find a kitchen island, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and ice machine.
Nine beds in total are spread through four bedrooms: double bedroom at the ground level, with a cozy sofa-bed, toilet in the room, a little terrace and a safe; a twin bedroom and two double bedrooms at the first level, one of these with a private bathroom.
In the sleeping area there are an internal bathroom inside the main bedroom, equipped with Jacuzzi in order to offer you a further moment of relaxation and privacy; and another bathroom which is shared by the other two bedrooms. At the ground level there are two further bathrooms, one of them inside the double bedroom. Every bathroom is equipped with a sink, hairdryer and shower cabin.
More than 500 sq. m of outdoor space consists of six terraces, including a solarium with Jacuzzi and a corner bar. There’s an indoor terrace in the spa area, one more terrace at the living area, equipped with a table seating 10 guests, a barbecue and another terrace on the pool level, equipped with all facilities.

Right from the garden, many walking paths lead off and they follow in the ancient muleteers' routes, connecting the main coastal resorts, such as Amalfi or Minori.

Two stairways lead to the terrace where the wide 110 sq. m swimming pool is set, completed with two shower cabins, sun loungers and sofas where you can enjoy the coastal landscape in total peace and quiet. You can have lunch under the gazebo shadow or sip a drink at sunset, due to the well furnished bar area, while listening to your favourite music through the great sound system. Let yourself be pampered by the fabulous six-seater Jacuzzi with chromotherapy, while admiring the curved shapes of the Amalfi Coast. Furthermore, there's a lovely outdoor lounge, accommodating up to eight guests. This makes it the perfect spot for a quick snack or a cocktail at sunset over the sea. The corner bar is equipped with a grill, coffee machine, sink and refrigerator.
Villa is situated between the historical towns of Amalfi (2,5 km) and Ravello (5 km). At 200 meters away there is a bus stop, while nearest restaurants, shop and bars are found in Amalfi, Atrani, Ravello, Minori. The nearest beach is Castiglione di Ravello (1,5 km).
