With its seafront location, outdoor kitchen, entertaining areas and extraordinary Ionian views, PRG 0270 is unsurprisingly a firm favourite. Cool, contemporary beautifully styled interiors and spacious rooms, it’s relaxed and welcoming, making it very easy to spend at least a week here. It’s only a short drive from the club, and close to local restaurants. The villa is ideal for large family groups and friends.
Split into two “wings”, it has two double en-suite bedrooms on one side. On the other side of the courtyard, there are three further bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. The two further bedrooms, share a bathroom. The sixth bedroom is accessed from outside near the pool, has its own bathroom, best suited to teenagers or a nanny.
Master bedroom is a double room with an en-suite.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 are twin/double rooms with a shared bathroom.
Bedroom 4 is a double room with an en-suite.
Bedroom 5 is a twin/double room with an en-suite.
Bedroom 6 is a twin/double room with a small en-suite.
There is an impressive and well equipped kitchen, which makes it the perfect villa for entertaining.
Access to the sea is a real treat and we love to be able to head down in the morning to jump straight in the sea. The outdoor kitchen area by the pool is also a perfect place to entertain friends in the evening.
Located on the seafront in the north of Zakynthos in Greece. It is about a 45 minute drive from Zakynthos airport. We recommend hiring a car (we can help you with this), but transfers can also be easily arranged. It is a 15 minute drive from the beach club.
