The villa features 7 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and 1 room for service staff. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and are equipped with Wi-Fi and a TV. The ground pool level includes 4 bedrooms with double beds, one has double bunk beds accommodating 2 adults or 4 kids. The main living area is divided into two lounge areas with TV, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, and cozy sofas to admire magnificent views of the Aegean Sea. The large kitchen has a breakfast table right next to the dining area seating 10 guests.

Around the seawater pool (60 sq. m), there are two pergolas with lounge, a dining table for 14 guests, a BROIL KING barbecue, and a bar. The pool area also features its own WC and shower.

The upper level houses two sea-view bedrooms with double beds, as well as a very charming, semi-detached bedroom with twin beds and its own porch. The villa can sleep 14-16 guests plus 2 service staff. The private parking offers space for 5 cars.
