Ftelia Beach is famous for being one of the longest sandy beaches on the island and especially popular with those who practice windsurfing and can surf back and forth the wide bay. It is within this location that this 7-bedroom beautiful villa is nestled, just a few steps above the beach with a view across the bay over the Aegean waves as well as Ftelia Pacha Beach Club and Alemagou Beach Bar Restaurant.
The villa is elegantly set at the hillside over the bay, sheltered from the wind, while the beach is only a minute walking distance away due to the direct beach access it offers. It showcases traditional architecture, featuring a mixture of stone and concrete, and a tasteful décor with warm, inviting colors, and may comfortably sleep 14 guests in its 7 en-suite bedrooms. At the same time, it allows guests to relax in the numerous lounge areas and the BBQ/dining area of the large terrace and allows the most athletic ones to stay active at the open-air gym area while admiring the crystal-clear Aegean waters!
The outdoor area is spread over two interconnected levels, with a terrace that stretches out to the front of the property. The free-shape, infinity pool is set at the very front of the terrace creating the illusion of almost blending into the sea below. The lounge areas are shaded by a large pergola on the upper level of the terrace; cast iron furnishing and a charming wooden dining table invite to relax and unwind at any time of the day.
The main house accommodates 10 guests. The main level consists of the living room, kitchen, dining area, 3 en-suite bedrooms, including the master sea-view bedroom (each featuring a double bed, AC, and an en-suite shower room). Two large guest suites with double beds, AC, and en-suite bathrooms with shower are located on the lower level overlooking Ftelia Bay from the shared balcony. There are 2 further guest bedrooms with separate access (one on the main level and the other on the lower level), both with a double bed, AC, and an en-suite shower room.
