On the main level, the 50 sqm infinity pool (depth 0.9-1.9 m) boasts a fabulous sea panorama, while you swim right above the yachts and cruise ships passing through Lefkada Channel. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and a sun-protected lounge area surround the pool. A scenic private bay joins the villa's garden directly with the turquoise sea. Accessible only via the estate, and with anchorage prohibited on its outskirts, the estate beach is arguably one of the most private beaches in the whole of the Mediterranean. Enjoy the serenity of an early-morning swim in solitude, sunbathing during the day, or a refreshing cocktail by the sea as you relax in your own personal haven.
The upper level is home to a generous, double-height living area with panoramic sea views, seamlessly connecting to a contemporary kitchen equipped with a breakfast bar and a cozy alfresco dining area. A mezzanine study area adds to the villa’s charm, complemented by Wi-Fi connectivity throughout.
The villa's five bedrooms accommodate up to 10 adults plus two children. All bedrooms feature large terraces or balconies with exciting sea views, queen- and king-sized beds, built-in oak wardrobes, designer lounging areas indoors and outdoors, and many other facilities, such as air-conditioning, light-proof curtains, hairdryers, speakers, safes, Egyptian cotton linen, and much more. All bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms with Corian vanity tops, Grohe bathroom fittings, heated towel rails, and a selection of quality toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and soap).
Bedrooms 1 and 2 (50 sqm and 43 sqm respectively, including the bathroom) are located on the upper level and each boasts a spacious balcony overlooking the sea and Meganissi Island. The first one has a double bed 170 × 200 cm, and the second — a double bed 180 × 200 cm. These bedrooms also benefit from a fully equipped mezzanine level with an additional 140 × 200 cm bed. There are electric blinds on all of the upper-level windows and curtains throughout the bedrooms. The upper-level bedrooms are equipped with wooden Boffi ceiling fans as well as ducted air conditioning.
Bedroom 3 (50 sqm, twin beds or double bed 180 × 200cm), bedroom 4 (38 sqm, 150 × 200cm bed plus 1 sofa bed), and bedroom 5 (40 sqm, double bed 180 × 200cm) are located on the lower level. They open onto a large covered ground-level terrace with lovely afternoon shade outdoors. All the bedrooms have electric insect nets (external facade) and curtains as well as ducted air conditioning.
The path below the villa leads down to a small private bay and beach with a private 9 × 2.5m floating pontoon. Three exclusive boats are ready to take you away to your tour destinations (please note: boat fuel used during your stay is to be paid by guests before departure). Besides the boats, a private aquapark awaits you. Enjoy the sunrise on an early-morning kayak tour. Glide over transparent waters on stand-up paddleboards. Admire marine life from the glass-bottom adventure kayak. Explore even more underwater treasures with scuba diving scooters and snorkeling equipment.
When you’ve had enough of water adventures, head to the villa's gym with a wide range of workout equipment. In an air-conditioned, 20 sqm space overlooking the sea, you will find a cross trainer, a spin bike, a rowing machine, ceiling-mounted TRX hooks, and a set of weights. For moments of spiritual balance, take advantage of the picturesque open yoga platform set away from the main terraces.
The villa is located in the southeast of Lefkada island, halfway down the Eastern side of the Lefkada channel. From the villa premises, you can admire the islands of Meganisi, Thilia, Scorpios, and Lefkada as well as the views of mainland Greece. Several Ionian islands can be easily accessed by boat from the property. The villa staff are available to take you there on the villa’s 7.8 RIB, or you can hire your own boat for the day.
On Lefkada itself, Sivota is perfectly suited for boating. It offers a lovely small marina, great shops, and a good choice of tavernas. Further afield, Vassiliki is a windsurfing paradise, and there are amazing white sandy beaches up the west coast.
There are waterfalls, paths to hike, and with a coastline of 117 kilometers, this island enchants with its variety, water sports (diving, windsurfing, kite surfing, and sailing), and invites you to have fun and relax. There are ancient Greek Orthodox churches to visit, small mountain villages to explore, many coves to swim in from your boat, as well as hundreds of superb restaurants and bars to enjoy.
The attractive Meganisi island is within a 5-minute RIB journey. Eat in one of the great fish tavernas, spend the day diving in the turquoise water before returning home to enjoy a drink on the terrace. The island capital, Little Vathi, is a wonderful Greek fishing port facing Skorpios with plenty of waterside tavernas to visit for lunch or dinner.
Explore the scenic islands of Kastos and Kalamos, also easily accessible by RIB, or travel south to go cliff jumping off the deserted island of Atokos, or spend a day in Fiscardo or Kioni on the islands of Kefalonia and Ithaca, respectively.
The villa is staffed by a professional couple who live on-site in their own apartment on the lower ground level, which has a separate entrance. Their responsibilities are to: attend to the guest’s questions and wishes concerning the general planing of their hoildays; give tour advice, accompany to trips if demanded, organize restaurant bookings and sea taxis; organize guest transfers and any additional services such as yoga/massage; prepare a continental breakfast; serve drinks/cocktails on demand (the beach area is self-serviced); lay tables for lunch and dinner (when chef services requested); buy general groceries and drinks; maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the villa throughout the day. One staff member is a qualified rib driver (with ICC license) and can take guests out for waterskiing and wakeboarding directly from the villa pontoon, trips to snorkeling spots and secluded beaches, and lunch/dinner at local tavernas on nearby islands.
The staff have one day off per week (breakfast is laid out the night before). The RIB will not be available during this time (unless by prior arrangement in case of necessary transfer).
Half-board-plus package includes breakfast (continental), a light lunch, and dinner. Soft drinks, water (sparkling, still), coffee, and tea are included and available at all times.
