This enchanting location is perfect for your relaxing vacation, wedding/special event destination, film and photoshoots, creative workshops, expositions, dinners, and much more.
Located on the west coast of Corfu, this villa is a true haven of tranquillity in the heart of the Ionian islands. Its architecture, a beautiful combination of contemporary design and traditional Greek charm, merges ideally with the surrounding landscape. The villa’s interior is just as wonderful with a refined décor that combines comfort and simplicity.
Begin your day with a refreshing dip in the infinity pool (11,5 × 4,5) and soak in the panoramic view of the Ionian Sea. After having savored a lunch prepared by your private chef, head towards the closest beach, only a short walk away, to enjoy the afternoon sun. On your return, relax in the villa’s jacuzzi or sauna or watch a film in the private home cinema. Finish your day on a high note enjoying dinner in front of the charming sunset view.
The property looks stylish and elegant, showcasing the designer’s attention to detail. The house is mainly built of classic materials, adding to the contemporary design a flair of history. Ancient stones and traditional bricks contrast with the wall of glass. Cypress wood, used for beamed ceilings and upper levels, fills the house with its delicate aroma. The property benefits from a private home cinema, jacuzzi, and sauna. The glass section of flooring in the living room reveals the circular wine bar beneath.
Five massive stone arches support the grand terrace. There's a lovely shaded dining area, on the terrace running along the front of the house. On a lower terrace guests can relax on double white-cushioned sun loungers and take a revitalizing dip in the infinity pool. At the back of the house, shaded from the midday sun, is a Moroccan-style garden. With citrus trees, magnificent palms, tropical flowers, and herbs it boasts a subtropical ambiance. Unwind on the cozy sofas, lounge in the hammocks, or relax in the Jacuzzi.
Classic Greek stone and brickwork are the property’s main features. Most of the materials used in the house are restored and reused because of the owners’ intention to protect the environment. The asymmetrical wooden beamed ceiling adorns two levels as a part of the living and dining area on the ground level. This floor is spacious, flooded with natural light, and benefits from a glass wall that opens completely to the terrace, making the house one with the fabulous outdoors.
The basement: wine cellar and wine bar, cinema, professional kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, one of them with access to the jacuzzi/sauna area and doors to stairs that lead to the main terrace.
Ground level: living room, access to the main terrace, open kitchen with doors to the covered terrace, cloakroom, guest toilet.
First level: 3 sea-view double bedrooms (including master bedroom) with en-suite bathroom and doors to balcony, double bedroom 6 with en-suite bathroom and doors to the Moroccan garden.
