Colourful textiles, bright prints, and bold colour splashes welcome you inside. These perfectly combine with white walls, natural, wooden-beamed ceilings, and modern furniture. Five spacious bedrooms are spread across two levels, all with outside terraces and one with a four-poster bed.
The entrance leads into a generous vaulted living room with large blue sofas and armchairs, a dining table and a desk. The kitchen adjoins through a massive stone archway. Three double bedrooms are accessed from a hallway off the living room. The master bedroom has an en-suite bath and walk-in shower, the other two offer walk-in showers and a WC.
Stairs descend to the garden level, housing two further double bedrooms, a well-equipped fitness area and a TV/games room. The second master bedroom with a four-poster bed has a large en-suite with a bath and walk-in shower. Across a small hallway is the second double bedroom with a shower room. Both bedrooms can be entered through the house or via a private front door. All bedrooms benefit from panoramic terraces with access to the pool area.
The large infinity pool (12 × 6 m) is completed with a sundeck and loungers, facing the summer kitchen (BBQ and pizza oven) and a second alfresco eating area. The pool house has a changing room and a shower. Multi-level terraces offer space for sitting, lounging, dining, or practising yoga. The passion for colour and detail showcased inside continues to the outdoor spaces, with bright seating, plump beanbags, terracotta pots, and picturesque planting.
The villa is located in peaceful olive groves on the popular north-east coast of Corfu, approximately 1 hour's drive north of Corfu Town and within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, bars and village beaches of Kassiopi, which also offers boat hire. Kassiopi offers three village beaches, a short walk from the harbour.
Numerous beaches, some with waterfront tavernas, can be found within 10 minutes by car or boat. Kaminaki (6km) has the only sandy beach in the area and is perfect for kids; Avlaki (3.5km) offers two great tavernas and good conditions for snorkelling, paddle boarding, and swimming; Kalami (9km), where Lawrence Durrell once lived in The White House (now a restaurant), has a lively beachfront and a water sports centre.
Inland, you can visit the deserted mountain village of Old Sinies (11km), where there are some great hiking tracks, or Old Perithia (Corfu's ghost village), where you can wander around the abandoned buildings and eat in the tavernas. St. Stephano, with teenage-friendly nightlife, is less than a 15-minute drive away.
