The former prestigious hotel, which welcomed Virginia Woolf and Winston Churchill during their stay on the French Riviera in Cassis, is a fabulous villa of 600sq. m that was completely refurbished by its new owners in 2017. 4 living rooms overlooking the sea and 12 bedrooms can comfortably accommodate 24-26 guests. The enormous terrace of 500 sq. m overlooks Arena beach with turquoise waters, accessible on foot by a private road in 5 minutes. The villa offers a big heated swimming pool (13 m) and a Jacuzzi. It will take you less than 15 minutes by foot to reach the village and the lovely port of Cassis.

The 2nd level features master suite of 90 sq. m with a bedroom (sea view), a study, a spacious bathroom and 2 private terraces. On the 1st level, there are 7 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms including 5 with sea view (6 of them are twin rooms) and a living room serving as dormitory.
