This property is a protected cultural treasure of Croatia and an object of great historical importance. The well-preserved property boasts wonderfully landscaped gardens reflecting the charm and grace of an 18th-century suburban estate. The intense collaboration with conservation experts was marked by their passion and undeniable quality, being a vital element in the successful nine-year renovation process. Engaging a team of twenty architects and engineers, the project focused on both the aesthetics and design of outdoor areas, such as terraces, gardens, walkways, and pathways, as well as the architectural features of the main house and auxiliary structures.
The main building includes 4 + 2 large en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining room, and a charming living room with a fireplace and a TV. Relax in a Finnish sauna and stay active with a well-equipped gym. Four main bedrooms each feature a double bed (200 × 200), a TV, a desk, and a shower room with double sinks. Two additional bedrooms offer pull-out beds and access to the fitness bathroom and two of the main bedrooms. As for the additional apartment, it has 1 bedroom (bed 200 × 200), a bathroom with a shower and double sinks, and a living room with a kitchen in the adjoining annex.
Outside, you will be greeted by a large swimming pool (depth 1.8 m), complemented by cozy sun loungers. A summer kitchen allows you to enjoy alfresco meals, while the outdoor dining area is ideal for relaxing and admiring the surroundings.
The villa’s main perk is its proximity to the Old Town, as well as its generous outdoor spaces and carefully landscaped terraced docks decorated with local flora, some of which is preserved while others are newly planted.
