Villa DLCR 0064, located only 10 m from the sea, presents a rustic Mediterranean style with a touch of Provence, and in its full glory has 1900 m2 of space, and offers accommodation for a maximum of 14 and optimally 10 people. Built on 2 floors, you have a beautifully decorated interior and a fairytale exterior where you will surely have the opportunity to relax and enjoy privacy with your friends or family. The fully air-conditioned Villa has 5 double bedrooms, which include 3 en suite bathrooms with a bathtub and 2 with a shower. The villa has 3 additional ordinary bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, and you can use a washing machine, dryer and iron. Each bedroom and each terrace has a view of the endless Adriatic Sea.
If you need an extra bed, you can use 2 extra beds (160x200), and if you come accompanied by children you can use a feeder and baby cot.

The youngest ones will have fun playing table tennis or Play Station, riding bicycles in the open yard or watching children’s content on digital television. For lovers of literature, books are provided in a glass cabinet in the large living room, which also has a romantic fireplace that will create a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. The villa is surrounded by relaxing greenery, tall trees and a landscaped garden.
