Villa with its large outdoor heated swimming pool is situated in the picturesque nature of the island of Brač in a secluded location in Duboka bay, which belongs to the authentic town of Milna. The luxurious Villa overlooks the bays of Duboka and Lučice, which are among the most beautiful bays on the Adriatic. Surrounded by beautiful natural scenery and crystal clear azure sea, this is the perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature, friends and family. Villa is located 60m from the sea and 70m from the center of Duboka, just 2 km from the center of Milna on the island of Brač.
The island of Brač offers numerous possibilities. Windsurfing in the bay in front of Zlatni Brač beach on Bol; paragliding from Vidova Gora; hiking trips to Dragonja's Cave and Blaca Desert; walks from Splitska to ancient quarries, with well-maintained olive groves; bathing on the beach of the finest sand and sand; safe anchoring in one of the coves such as Duboka; gastronomic pleasure with the famous Brač cheese, lamb and fish, brandy and Bolavac (famous Brac wine) in one of the taverns - all the while and together in our memory, create an indelible picture that will show you from the island of Brač.
Villa is located on 350 m2, accommodation is on the surface of 250 m2. The villa is spread over 3 floors: basement, ground floor and first floor connected by marble stairs.
Villa has 4 bedrooms; 3 bedrooms have king beds and en suite bathrooms with shower while the 4th room has 1 single bed which can be used as a comfortable double bed. This room also has a bathroom with shower. Villa also has a guest toilet with a laundry room on the first floor.
There is also a large outdoor heated pool (40m2 - 10m * 4m) inside their property and a Dalmatian outdoor barbecue. The villa also has a boat mooring for a smaller boat. The Villa is ideal for comfortable accommodation for 7 + 2 people.
The whole property of the environment is dry-walled, providing privacy. In a separate part of the property, there is a large heated pool (40m2 - 10m * 4m). Around the pool, there are deck chairs and sets for relaxing and enjoying the sun and outside shower. Outdoor dining on the first floor offers the opportunity to enjoy the tasting of Dalmatian specialties on the outdoor grill. After eating or enjoying the pool, play with your friends or family with a shared pool or table tennis, which are also available to guests of Villa.
In the Villa we enter the stairs from the highest floors to the basement. The first floor has a living room with modern sofas and LCD satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for 8 people. Through the glazed first floor of the villa is an access to a spacious outdoor terrace (64.59m2) which offers an unforgettable view of the Adriatic Sea. On the terrace, there is a dining table for 8 people and a place for summer holidays on hot summer afternoons.
Take the marble steps downstairs to the ground floor where there are 3 rooms with double bed and en suite bathrooms with shower. All rooms have access to an outdoor space with an outdoor heated pool (40m2 - 10m * 4m). Below the ground floor, there is a fourth bedroom with a bathroom with shower, a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people and a bed for 1 person. The specialty of the room is the walk - in closet.
Villa is fully air-conditioned and offers good internet. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, hood, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, freezer and water heater. The Villa also has a washing machine and ironing facilities. If you come with children, we have cots available and a baby feeder at our disposal. Private parking and a boat mooring for smaller boat are offered. If you want to enjoy an active holiday, there is 1 kayak, 1 sup board and 2 bikes. In addition to staying at your disposal is a villa manager.
