The villa is arranged on two floors. The ground floor comprises a wonderful, airy, elegant sitting room with a dining area for 10 persons. Sumptuous sofas and armchairs, curtains and rugs are stylish but comfortable. This room has a TV, a marble dining table and a floor to ceiling glass door opening out onto the morning terrace with table and chairs - a perfect place for a quiet coffee. Art works, Italian mirrors and lighting complete the understated opulent look of this amazing villa. Off the sitting room a hidden door leads to the guest bathroom and cloakroom. From the sitting room you can reach the kitchen which is equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, icemaker, wine cooler, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, mixer, excellent cooking utensils and tableware. The villa adjoins the Lungomare, an 18 kilometres scenic coast path that runs from Opatija to Lovran. The shops, restaurants and beach area s of Opatija can all be reached from the Lungomare.
