Villa’s stunning hillside location is approached via a private driveway, with covered parking immediately outside the ornate black-lacquered steel and opaque glass entrance door and with further parking for another two cars. The main Villa is arranged over two floors with 400 square metres of total living space, housing the uniquely designed, open-plan 150 square metre lounge with impressive six-metre-high teak-beamed ceilings. The entire width of the house incorporates a grand open-plan living area including the kitchen, dining and sumptuous lounge area, and is fronted by floor to ceiling sliding glass doors leading onto the magnificent terrace. The grey marble and limestone terrace features at its centre, an impressive 14 by 3.5-metre infinity pool, inlaid with the same grey marble limestone and complete with jacuzzi jets and in-water seating, designed for lying back (maybe with a cool glass of your favourite beverage), and truly appreciating the seductive sea views over Koh Phangan and endless possibilities… The hardwood exterior furniture comprises sunbeds, sofa sets and a dining table for up to 12 guests.
The interior lounge area boasts an oversized sofa with extra-deep seat cushions, also purposely designed to lie back on and totally bliss-out. The guest kitchen is stunningly sleek and ultra-modern, complete with top-of-the-range, built-in Gorenje appliances and accessories, a double-size fridge freezer and a breakfast bar. An extra staff kitchen is tucked away behind for those catering-preferred times.
The lounge area combines a selection of natural and fine materials into a sophisticated space. The grey marble and limestone flooring throughout is perfectly designed and laid with geometric patterns, cleverly offset by sisal rugs and walls plastered with white-grey clay which the furniture and decorative items contrast with. Two beautiful solid hardwood dining tables, one inside and one out on the pool deck, seat up to 12 guests each, ensuring you always eat with a tranquillity-inspiring sea view.
Three well appointed bedrooms, to the standard of Master Bedrooms are located on the main and upper floor of the main house, each with sea view and their own terrace. The Jungle Suite and its 70sqm offer a private haven with view to the jungle surrounding Villa.
Bedroom 1
Located downstairs next to the living room and opening onto the pool terrace. The room features sea views through floor to ceiling glass doors, across the infinity pool and the lush-green Natural Reserve of protected tropical forest.
Bedroom 2
Located above bedroom 1, this room has an exterior terrace with lounge seating and a glass surround to maximise the stunning sea views.
Bedroom 3
This bedroom is also upstairs and overlooks the ground floor lounge area. The six-meters feature ceiling provide uninterrupted seaview. The bedroom has a private balcony to the rear with two sunbeds to soak up those tropical rays.
The Jungle Suite
The suite is located below the pool terrace area and is accessed down easy steps alongside the house. It is perfect as a family suite with its king size bedroom and its sofa bed in the adjacent living room. The Suite occupies 70 square metres of cool and breezy space. Close off the main bedroom, bathroom and dressing room and you still have a sofa bed, children’s bed area, lounge, additional toilet and outside patio with a lounge area.
The Bali Suite
The Bali Suite is a stand alone bungalow that can be included as part of the main residence, but due to its private entrance and interior, can also be rented separately. It comes complete with a secluded garden, plunge pool and deck, kitchenette, dressing room, en–suite bathroom and a gorgeous tropical garden view.
All 5 bedrooms have their own en–suite bathroom designed with black marble stone. All bathrooms feature a rain shower and with twin sinks, and a bathtub (except in Bedroom 3 and The Bali Suite).
Villa has an enviable location. It is set on a quiet and tranquil hillside but within easy reach of many of the islands most popular beaches, cultural and tourist destinations, shops, restaurants, bars and beach clubs. Located just seven minutes from the airport, two-minutes from the wide golden sands of the family-friendly Choeng Mon Beach and three-minutes to the famous Big Buddha Temple. One minute further west brings you to Bangrak, with a ferry service to the neighbouring islands, an array of bars, beachside or roadside eateries and resorts with great restaurants such as Secret Garden and Dragonfly, plus a handful of fashionable beach clubs – Chi, Tembo Beach Club and The Prestige.
The 4km stretch of sandy Bangrak beach is always peacefully quiet, with just a few fishermen, people walking their dogs, jogging or enjoying a romantic stroll as the sun sets on the horizon and the sky turns golden. Travel another 5-minutes west to the ever-charming Fisherman’s Village, the historical heart of Bophut. Here, traditional rustic-style buildings now house fashionable stores, trendy restaurants, stylish beach bars, coffee shops, art galleries, dive shops and a small selection of boutique hotels.
Every Friday, the village becomes a Walking Street market, attracting large numbers of shoppers from across the island for an amazing variety of local wares, food and a lively atmosphere. Here you will find the infamous Coco Tams Beach Bar and Lounge, with its easy vibes and nightly fire shows on the beach. At the western end of the village is the ultra-popular high-end Hansar Beach Resort and a short stroll further along the pristine beach brings you to other equally prestigious resorts and beach clubs such as Anantara, Peace Resort, Eden Beach, Karma, Celes and Zazen. Or from the central calmness of your villa, you can take a 5-minute southerly drive into Chaweng, with its Central Shopping Mall, historically lively entertainment area and 6km long gorgeous sandy beach and clear water.
