In regular configuration, Villa offers accommodation for up to 8 guests in the master suite and three double bedrooms. One level up from the living area, master suite occupies the top floor of the villa. Passing the walk-in wardrobe with minibar and built-in safe, you enter the spacious master bedroom with king-size bed and sitting area, surrounded by a large private terrace. The terrace boasts a sala with outdoor seating, as well as a gazebo with two deckchairs. A double-door leads from the bedroom to the oversized master bathroom which features double sinks, a rain shower and an outdoor jacuzzi. The bathroom is overlooking an infinity water feature with a large round daybed, and boasts the same panoramic views as the bedroom.
One level down from the living area, an impressive corridor lined with modern Thai art, leads to our three double bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms feature king-size beds and built-in wardrobes with safes for valuables. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors lead to wrap-around balconies. The terrazzo bathrooms feature double sinks and rain showers. All bedrooms and bathrooms offer beautiful sea view.
In a separate apartment, Villa offers another two bedrooms with the same specifications. These bedrooms are available for longer bookings on special request only.
POOL BILLIARD
Located in the main living area of Villa, pool table is a popular spot to relax in the afternoon or socialize after dinner. While waiting for your turn you can relax on the comfy benches around the table and enjoy the beautiful sea views.
HOME CINEMA
The cinema room allows guests to experience the latest Netflix has to offer on a large projection screen with surround sound. For a casual live TV session there is also a 65-inches TV available with a multitude of Thai and international channels.
IN-VILLA YOGA

One level down from the main living room, family room offers table tennis and electronic darts, as well as sofa seating and a fridge for that cool beer or glass of wine. It’s the ideal place to park your kids for a few hours or kick back with your friends and family after a day in the sun.
MASSAGE
In the garden, Villa offers a dedicated massage pavilion for up to two guests at one time. Alternatively you can enjoy that soothing Thai or oil massage in the pool sala or the air-conditioned comfort of our guest rooms. GYM
On the ground level Villa boasts a dedicated fitness room with a LifeFitness multi-gym machine, dumbbell weights, treadmill, exercise bike, stepper and sit-up bench. Yoga mats and the beautiful garden and sea view complement this ideal spot to train body and mind. Personal trainers are available on request.
Villa provides daily Continental or Asian breakfast incl. fresh fruit from own garden. In-villa dining menu includes many Thai favorites such as Tom Yum Goong or Pad Thai as well as a range of popular all-day snacks which in-villa staff, K. Nui who is an excellent cook, will be happy to prepare for you. More adventurous guests are welcome to join the staff for sourcing fresh seafood and vegetables in the local markets. A private chef can be booked for customized dining experiences like sumptuous seafood BBQ. Kindly note that for your own comfort as well as the experience of future guests Villa does not allow self-cooking in the living room kitchen. Villa staff is always at hand to assist with heating up or preparing special meals in the Asian kitchen outside the main building.
Situated in a prime location above Chaweng Noi, Villa boasts spectacular panoramic sea and mountain views ranging from Bophut and Chaweng all the way to Koh Phangan. Yet, several beautiful beaches such as Chaweng Noi and Silver Beach, major hotels like Vana Belle and Sheraton as well as many small shops, restaurants and convenience stores are just a 5 minutes drive away. Chaweng and Lamai can be reached in 10 minutes, while the airport and Bophut are just 15 minutes from Villa.
